Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 388win9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 388win9 website located at 388win9.net, including all gaming products, promotional offers, and support services accessible through the platform.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

388win9 employs automated and manual age verification processes. Any account where the holder is found to be under 18 years of age will be permanently closed without notice, all PKR balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant Pakistani child protection authorities. There are no exceptions to the minimum age requirement.

Account Registration

To access any wagering product on 388win9, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number or passport number, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.

3.1  One Account Policy

Each individual is entitled to register and maintain exactly one 388win9 account. Operating, or attempting to operate, more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. 388win9 uses cross-account detection across shared devices, IP addresses, payment methods, and identity documents. All duplicate accounts will be permanently suspended and any PKR balances or bonus credits contained within them will be voided.

3.2  Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 388win9 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. 388win9 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a security breach to 388win9 support.

3.3  KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, 388win9 requires you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a clear copy of a valid Pakistani identity document and evidence of your registered payment method. KYC is a one-time requirement per account. 388win9 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time if account activity warrants further verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All 388win9 financial transactions — deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals — are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no USD, EUR, or other foreign currency conversions involved at any stage of transacting on 388win9.

4.2  Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests on 388win9 are processed in accordance with your current VIP tier. Standard processing times are 1–3 hours for mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash) and 1–2 business days for bank transfers. 388win9 processes withdrawals only to payment methods that have been used to fund the account, subject to KYC verification being complete. Game Rules & Fair Play

All gaming products on 388win9 — including live casino tables, jackpot slots, sports betting markets, esports betting, and cockfighting streams — operate under the individual rules of each game or market as published by the relevant game provider or 388win9 itself.

All slot and casino games are supplied by certified studios using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by previous results, player behaviour, or any 388win9 operational factor. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate and based on long-run statistical averages across millions of game rounds.

Prohibited Conduct

• Operating multiple accounts individually or in coordination with other players to exploit bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.

• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or display error on 388win9 for financial gain. All winnings arising from such exploitation are void.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 388win9 platform — including but not limited to the 388win9 brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, game interfaces, promotional graphics, and written content — is the exclusive property of 388win9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use 388win9 platform content solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content from the 388win9 platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, broadcast, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from 388win9. Game content remains the property of the respective game studios and is governed by their individual licensing agreements with 388win9.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 388win9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of PKR funds due to player error; loss or corruption of account data; interruption to platform availability due to maintenance or technical failure; or any loss arising from reliance on information published on 388win9.

388win9's total aggregate liability to any single player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

Privacy & Data

388win9 collects and processes personal data from registered players for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of the gaming services described in these Terms. All data processing is conducted in accordance with the 388win9 Privacy Policy, which is available at 388win9.net/privacy-policy.

By registering on 388win9, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting 388win9 support. Deletion requests for accounts subject to ongoing fraud investigations or regulatory obligations may be held pending resolution of those matters.

Amendments & Termination

388win9 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate all or any part of the platform, its products, or these Terms at any time and without prior notice. In the event of a material change to these Terms, 388win9 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where operationally feasible, notify registered players via their registered email address.

388win9 may close a player account at any time without notice if the player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity. In cases of termination for breach, all PKR balances and bonus credits may be forfeited.

Players may close their own 388win9 account at any time by contacting our English-language support team. Pending any outstanding wagering requirements or fraud investigation holds, any remaining verified PKR balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. These Terms will continue to apply to any historical use of the platform even after account closure.
